What we collect
Your account email and name, the public social handles you connect, and activity we generate on your behalf (detected posts and the boosts we place). We never ask for or store your social-media passwords.
How boosting works
Upranker monitors the public profiles you connect, detects each new post you publish, and boosts it to increase its reach. We only ever act on publicly available content, and we never post, message, or change anything on your accounts.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
How we secure data
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, sensitive credentials are never written to logs, and access is scoped to your account.
Data sharing
We share the minimum necessary with our infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase) and our payment processor (Stripe) to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from your settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your channels, boost history, and personal data.
